Americas Cardroom Reports Another Massive OSS XL Sunday
$500,000 Main Event with low $66 buy-in has its first flight.
SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / September 14, 2026 / Americas Cardroom’s $630 Sunday High Roller generated a $705,000 prize pool on September 13, exceeding its $600,000 guarantee by $105,000. BOLUDO won the 1,175-entry OSS XL #99 event for $131,893, the largest individual payout among the OSS XL series’ Sunday schedule.
A second six-figure winning payout also came in the $1,050 Sunday Banana, OSS XL #102. NoHobbies collected $113,246 for first place after 554 entries produced a $554,000 prize pool against a $500,000 guarantee.
The Sunday results were part of OSS XL, a 336-event series carrying more than $50 million in total guarantees through September 29. The schedule includes Main Events at three buy-in levels, with the first $66 flight completed and two higher-buy-in tournaments set to begin Sunday, September 20.
Day 1A of the $500,000 guaranteed $66 Main Event attracted 2,401 entries. A total of 239 players advanced to Day 2, led by Rastern001 with 11,783,602 chips. Day 1B takes place Sunday, September 20, and satellite qualifiers again start at $6.60.
The $2.5 million guaranteed $2,650 Main Event and the $2 million guaranteed $1,050 Main Event hold opening flights on Sunday, September 20. Both offer Day 1B flights on Sunday, September 27.
Sunday’s bounty results included a $93,543 combined payout for trabasum in the $2,650 PKO Super High Roller, OSS XL #101. The winner received $32,391 in regular prize money and $61,152 in bounties. With 143 entries, the tournament’s prize pool reached $357,500, exceeding its $300,000 guarantee.
Mini Phil’s Thrill, OSS XL #104, attracted 101 entries. BrooCode earned $56,813 for winning the $250,000 guaranteed event, while Americas Cardroom CEO Phil Nagy finished fourth for $26,513. Americas Cardroom Pro Rob Kuhn recorded a runner-up finish in OSS XL #98 PKO.
