Transync AI Launches Presentation Mode, Bringing Multilingual Interpretation to About 1% of Traditional Costs

New AI presentation interpretation lets audiences follow one speech in up to 10 languages through live subtitles and translated voice on their own devices.

SHERIDAN, WY / ACCESS Newswire / August 14, 2026 / Transync AI, an AI-powered real-time translation platform, today announced Presentation Mode, a new one-to-many interpretation experience for conferences, corporate events, training, education, worship services, and public programs.

Presentation Mode allows a host to select a source language and up to 10 target languages before speaking. Once the session begins, audience members can join from a computer or mobile device using a QR code, shareable link, or Room ID. No software download is required, although attendees must register or sign in to a Transync AI account.

Each listener chooses a preferred language on their own device and follows the presentation through real-time translated subtitles or voice playback. For supported languages, Transync AI can also use the host’s cloned voice, helping translated speech retain more of the speaker’s identity and delivery.

The feature is designed to address a common limitation of traditional simultaneous interpretation: every additional language typically requires another interpreter team. According to a published U.S. government contract price schedule, simultaneous interpretation is performed by at least two interpreters, with listed half-day rates beginning above $600 per interpreter. Equipment, preparation, technical support, and additional language channels can raise the total further.

Based on those public rates and an illustrative one-hour Presentation Mode scenario, Transync AI may provide multilingual interpretation for approximately 1% of the cost of traditional human interpretation. Actual Transync AI usage varies according to the number of target languages, audience size, included subscription time, and pricing rules in effect when the service is used. The comparison is an estimate rather than a fixed quote.

“Multilingual access should not be limited to events that can afford a separate interpreter team for every language,” said Ziyi Gong, CEO at Transync AI. “Presentation Mode helps one speaker reach a broader audience while allowing every listener to choose how they understand the message.”

Unlike a conventional meeting workflow, Presentation Mode is built for situations in which one host addresses a larger group. The host controls the language options and sharing settings, while individual audience members control what language they receive. This keeps the event in one session instead of separating attendees into different language rooms or asking the speaker to repeat the same material.

The workflow continues after the speech. When the session ends, the host can decide whether to share the original transcript and AI-generated notes. Shared materials appear in the Records section of each attendee’s account, allowing participants to review the presentation afterward.

Presentation Mode can support industry summits, association meetings, trade shows, product launches, customer webinars, partner conferences, All Hands meetings, Sales Kickoff events, employee training, university lectures, church services, public hearings, guided tours, and medical education sessions. Transync AI has also improved connection stability and the overall presentation experience as part of the release.

AI interpretation is intended to expand multilingual access, not replace professional interpreters in every setting. Certified human interpretation or human review may still be appropriate for legal proceedings, medical decisions, emergencies, regulatory matters, and other high-risk communication.
