SignalPGx Launches White-Label Pharmacogenomics Reporting Platform for CLIA Laboratories

CHICAGO, IL / ACCESS Newswire / August 13, 2026 / SignalPGx LLC today announced the launch of SignalPGx, a global pharmacogenomics reporting and medication intelligence platform built for laboratories, hospital systems, provider networks, clinics, pharmacy partners, and healthcare enterprises.

SignalPGx helps healthcare organizations transform genotype data into clear, evidence-backed medication guidance through white-label PGx reports, physician-reviewed workflows, SignalAI-assisted interpretation, EHR-ready integrations, medication simulation, living reanalysis, and a patient-accessible Living Patient Passport.

Pharmacogenomics, often referred to as PGx, helps evaluate how a patient’s genetic profile may affect medication response. As laboratories, hospitals, and health systems expand precision medicine programs, healthcare organizations need technology that can turn complex genetic data into medication guidance that is usable across real clinical workflows.

SignalPGx was built to meet that need.

“SignalPGx was built because pharmacogenomics deserves more than a static report,” said Tarek Younis, Founder and CEO of SignalPGx. “Our goal is to help laboratories, hospital systems, and healthcare organizations turn genotype data into living medication intelligence that supports clinical review, EHR integration, patient access, and long-term medication safety.”

At the center of the platform is the SignalPGx Medication Intelligence Graph, an evidence-driven framework that connects pharmacogenomic variants, gene-drug relationships, medication guidance, drug labeling, clinical evidence, and patient-specific medication context. This intelligence layer supports report generation, medication review, SignalAI-assisted interpretation, medication simulation, and reanalysis when evidence or medication profiles change.

SignalPGx currently supports 50+ pharmacogenes and approximately 950 medications with clinical PGx guidance. The platform supports multiple genotype input formats, including VCF, Agena MassARRAY, CSV, and custom laboratory file formats.

SignalPGx incorporates evidence from trusted pharmacogenomic, drug labeling, and clinical reference sources, including CPIC, DPWG, FDA drug labels, PharmGKB, PharmVar, ClinVar, ClinGen, RxNorm, and DailyMed. Each recommendation is designed to support source-aware clinical review and physician decision-making.

A key part of the platform is SignalAI, an AI-assisted clinical interpretation layer that helps summarize evidence, draft source-cited interpretations, support report review, and make PGx findings easier to understand. SignalAI is designed to support clinicians and laboratory teams, not replace medical judgment. Reports remain part of a physician-reviewed workflow before release.

SignalPGx also includes white-label PGx reporting capabilities for laboratories and healthcare organizations that want to deliver branded pharmacogenomics reports under their own identity. Reports can include medication guidance, gene-drug findings, phenotype interpretation, clinical review status, and provider-ready documentation.

Unlike static report generators, SignalPGx is designed as a living medication intelligence platform. A patient’s genotype does not change, but medication history, prescribing decisions, drug labels, clinical guidance, and evidence sources can. SignalPGx is built to support reanalysis, alerts, medication updates, and long-term PGx usability.

SignalPGx also includes a Living Patient Passport, a patient-accessible PGx profile designed to help keep medication intelligence useful beyond the first report.

For laboratories, SignalPGx provides a white label pathway to launch branded PGx reporting. For hospital systems and healthcare enterprises, the platform provides EHR-integrated medication intelligence that can support clinical workflows, provider access, medication optimization programs, and long-term precision medicine infrastructure.

SignalPGx supports EHR-ready integrations through SMART on FHIR, HL7/FHIR, CDS Hooks, and REST APIs. These capabilities are designed to help healthcare organizations connect pharmacogenomic insights into clinical systems and provider workflows.

SignalPGx was built with advanced enterprise security and deployment requirements in mind. The platform includes tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit trails, encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud architecture, and scalable multi-region AWS infrastructure designed to support modern healthcare organizations operating at scale.

Key SignalPGx capabilities include:

– Global pharmacogenomics reporting and medication intelligence infrastructure

– White-label PGx reporting for laboratories and healthcare organizations

– Physician-reviewed report workflows

– SignalAI-assisted, source-cited interpretation support

– Medication Intelligence Graph for gene-drug evidence mapping

– Living Patient Passport for patient-accessible PGx intelligence

– Living reanalysis and medication guidance updates

– Medication simulation and genotype-aware medication review

– Support for VCF, Agena MassARRAY, CSV, and custom lab formats

– EHR-ready integrations through SMART on FHIR, HL7/FHIR, CDS Hooks, and REST APIs

– Role-based access control, tenant isolation, audit logging, and encryption

– Multi-region AWS architecture designed for scalable healthcare deployment

– Reimbursement documentation support, including CPT, ICD-10, and MolDX Z-code context

“Healthcare organizations should not have to choose between clinical depth, workflow usability, patient access, and enterprise readiness,” said Younis. “SignalPGx brings these pieces together so pharmacogenomics can move from a one-time report into a living clinical intelligence layer.”

SignalPGx is now available for laboratories, hospital systems, healthcare organizations, pharmacy partners, provider networks, and strategic partners interested in launching or expanding pharmacogenomics reporting and medication intelligence workflows.
