TEKVOX Offers Cisco Integration for TekMonitors and Videoconferencing Devices

TEKVOX is pleased to offer comprehensive Cisco integration for its TEK4 and TEK4 Pro advanced AV control systems and the MX, SX, IX, Webex Room and Webex Board series of videoconferencing devices.

“TEKVOX has long supported unified control of a full AV system through its integration with Cisco Touch 10 APIs and the new TEK4 and TEK4 Pro extend this support into most advanced control systems,” notes Joshua Joseph, Vice President of Sales. As with all of its factory-programmed Drop-In AV® systems, TEKVOX offers advanced system capabilities that never need on-site programming.”

With TEKVOX’s revolutionary TEK 4 control system any Cisco Touch 10 touchscreen can control a full Drop-In A/V system and any connected Cisco equipment, all through a single interface. By keeping all the controls in one place, this integration modernizes the control scheme and streamlines the user experience, resulting in systems that are quicker to install, simpler to commission and easier to use.

This fully-integrated solution retains all the benefits of TEKVOX’s remote and enterprise management tools, as well as the advanced functionality of the Cisco Touch 10 itself, including remote control, monitoring, support and updates; a customizable user interface for an excellent user experience; and control of A/V and conferencing systems from a single device.

As with all TEKVOX systems, loading the comprehensive driver to communicate with any Cisco device and programming the TekMonitors is done in-house, and systems are fully tested before shipping. No programming is required. Cisco In-Room Controls make it easy to create a custom user interface with buttons to control every aspect of the system, from the displays to the Cisco video conferencing equipment.

TEKVOX provides a 3-year warranty for A/V equipment and a lifetime warranty for system programming.
