Personalized Media Communications Issues Statement on Judge Gilstrap’s Ruling

SUGAR LAND, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#innovation–Personalized Media Communications, LLC (PMC), has issued a statement regarding today’s decision by Judge Gilstrap in Personalized Media Communications LLC v. Apple Inc., 2:15-cv-1366, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas.

Personalized Media Communications respects the Court’s decision but is disappointed in Judge Gilstrap’s ruling and will appeal.
