Rebrands subsidiary as CPSOne and partners with Michael Schnieder to roll up streetwear brands

The restructuring includes a partnership between LiveOne and fashion industry expert Michael Schnieder, created to roll up various streetwear and celebrity brands of athletic footwear, tshirts, ball caps and other casual wear.
