ililli Kicks Off Social Talk’s First Creator Program with Pro Football Voices

– #TalkMore football is sports talk radio without the radio –

TORONTO & HALIFAX, Nova Scotia & NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#cfl–ililli, the social media platform that allows you to post 15-second talks, is giving Canadian football fans a new way to experience the game they love. The platform teamed with leading writers and broadcasters to talk more Canadian football on the platform. This is the first in a series of what ililli has branded #TalkMore events.

Launching this week and running through the rest of the Canadian football season, #TalkMore will produce thousands of talks and hours of original content on ililli. The experts making up the #TalkMore team are Dave Naylor, Jeff Hamilton, Rod Pedersen, Darrin Baumig, Farhan Lilji, Danny Austin, Marshall Ferguson, Dave Campbell, Aaron Korolnek, Mike Mitchell, and Matthew Scianetti.

“This is Canadian-made app for a uniquely Canadian game,” said Charles Benaiah, ililli’s founder. “Social-sized talk is the next big thing in social media. We’re using it to bring fans and influencers together to engage in a new, fun way.”

The ililli platform, launched in June, allows users to record 15-second talks and share them with a community of listeners. Talks can include a picture, link, and channel. Fans can jump into an ililli team channel (just as they can select a Spotify channel) to hear insider analysis and hot takes. This is a win for the two million Canadians who watch the sport on TV each week.

You can listen to the conversation by downloading the ililli app from the Apple Store or Google Play, or from the ililli website (https://ililli.co).
