Grossman Marketing Group Acquires Suncoast Print Solutions of Sarasota, FL

Grossman continues to fuel growth with 5th
acquisition in past 6 years

SOMERVILLE, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Premier Marketing Group (PMG), a division of Massachusetts-based
Grossman Marketing Group, has acquired Suncoast Print Solutions of
Sarasota, FL, marking Grossman’s fifth acquisition in the past six years.

PMG Founder Mike Whitman said Suncoast Print Solutions, a full-service
print and promotional products company with a national client base that
includes the Baltimore Orioles and Hyatt Hotels, will complement
Premier’s product line and provide access to key national and
Florida-based clients. PMG is headquartered in Manchester, Maine.

Whitman, now a Florida resident, said he initially discussed acquiring
Suncoast, a 25-year-old company, five years ago. This spring, he again
approached Suncoast President Diana McGinty and the deal was done.
“Obviously, I am very excited to have Suncoast on our team,” said
Whitman.

Suncoast prides itself on helping clients hone their corporate image by
providing high quality printed collateral and “stroke of genius”
promotional items.

McGinty, who will retire after serving as Suncoast’s president for 15
years, said she is “thrilled” to turn the reins over to PMG and its
parent, Grossman Marketing Group, a 109-year-old, fourth-generation
promotional products and print company headquartered in Somerville, MA.

“Grossman’s commitment to customer service and quality products is well
known to its clients, including the Boston Celtics, Zipcar, CVS,
Columbia University, University of Tampa, the Cleveland Clinic, and many
more,” said McGinty. “They will offer our customers added value in the
fields of print production, artwork capability, custom-design web
stores, branded merchandise and fulfillment, to name a few.”

Ben Grossman, Co-President of Grossman Marketing Group with his brother
David, said Suncoast “fits in nicely with our growth strategy and our
existing products and services, which include full-service graphic
design, a network of company-owned distribution centers, multi-media
solutions, and a dedicated technology team building best-in-class
e-commerce programs for our clients.”

Grossman acquired Premier Marketing Group in 2017 and Whitman could not
be happier. “Grossman is such a professional and forward-thinking
company that I am sure Suncoast clients will greatly appreciate,” said
Whitman.

Since 2013, Grossman has also acquired Logos In Print, a New-York based
promotional products distributor; Fleet Business Products of East
Hartford, CT; and ASAP, a Norwalk, CT based promotional products company.
