Americas Cardroom Expands Final Week of $15 Million Dual Venoms

A new Aug. 29 Bonus Flight joins the final Thursday and Sunday starting opportunities.

SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / August 25, 2026 / Americas Cardroom has expanded the final-week schedule for its $15 Million Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms with a Saturday Bonus Flight on Aug. 29.

The added flight begins at 12:05 p.m. ET in both the $12 Million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em Venom and the $3 Million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha Venom. Entry is $2,650 for each tournament.

With the addition, players have three remaining opportunities to advance. Day 1G begins Thursday, Aug. 27, the Saturday Bonus Flight follows Aug. 29, and the final scheduled Day 1 takes place Sunday, Aug. 30. Each flight starts at 12:05 p.m. ET.

The two tournaments have generated 3,451 combined entries through their first six starting flights. The NLH Venom accounts for 2,738 entries and 320 players advancing to Day 2. The PLO Venom has recorded 713 entries and 83 advancing players.

The current NLH field remains well below the level needed to meet its $12 million guarantee, creating potential big overlay value as the remaining flights approach.

Included in the NLH Day 2 qualifiers so far are Americas Cardroom Pros Ana Marquez, Chris Moneymaker, Chris Moorman, Chance Kornuth and Rob Kuhn.

The added Saturday date gives players another route to qualify or strengthen an existing position before Day 2.

Players who advance through more than one Day 1 may combine their qualifying stacks. Everyone returning for Day 2 is already in the money, and that is when the Mystery Bounty phase begins.

The NLH tournament offers a top Mystery Bounty of $500,000, while the largest PLO bounty is $250,000. Every Mystery Bounty in either event is worth at least $5,000.

The Saturday schedule will also include $355,000 in guaranteed Venom Specials, providing additional tournament options throughout Aug. 29 alongside the two Bonus Flights.

Day 2 for both Venoms begins Monday, Aug. 31, at 1:05 p.m. ET. The NLH event moves to Day 3 on Tuesday, Sept. 1. The NLH and PLO final tables are both scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 4:05 p.m. ET.
