Two Prominent Alabama State Agencies Win Bronze in International Web Award Competition

MONTGOMERY, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Two Alabama websites hosted by Alabama Interactive have been recognized
by the Horizon Interactive Award competition in the government category
this year. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) official website, alea.gov,
and the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ (DCNR)
official website, OutdoorAlabama.com,
won bronze awards from thousands of media pieces entered in the overall
competition.

Websites were judged in five categories: Design, Creativity, Technical,
Message and Effectiveness. Both websites provide information to the

points on the homepage that encourage minimal clicks to access online

uses aesthetically pleasing colors that purposely connect the user with
