Spectra7 Announces Voting Results from Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

(TSX: SEV) (“Spectra7” or the “Company”), a leading provider of high-performance analog semiconductor products for broadband connectivity markets today announced the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 20, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario (the “Meeting”).

Election of Directors

Each of the nominees for election as directors listed in the Company’s management information circular dated were elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed. Management received proxies in respect of the election of directors as follows:

All other resolutions tabled at the Meeting were successfully approved by shareholders, including the appointment of MNP as auditor and amendments to the Company’s stock option plan and restricted share unit plan.
