South Carolina’s Hire Dynamics Recognized for Growth, Workplace Excellence

Staffing company named a Best Place to Work for seventh consecutive year by SC Chamber of Commerce

COLUMBIA, S.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hire Dynamics, the second largest commercial staffing provider in the Southeast, has been recognized as the top large growth company by SC Biz News’s Roaring Twenties awards as well as a 2019 “Best Place to Work” by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.

On Thursday evening, Hire Dynamics was recognized for being ranked #1 in the Large Company category of SC Biz News’ Roaring Twenties awards, which recognize 20 large companies and 20 small companies for contributions to South Carolina’s economy. SC Biz News ranked finalists according to growth and revenue while company size was determined by gross revenue. A formula then awarded points based on dollar and percentage increases in revenue generated from South Carolina operations from 2017 to 2018.

For the seventh consecutive year, Hire Dynamics was also named to the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Best Places to Work list. The staffing company, which recently opened its eighth office in the state in Anderson, was fifth in the Large Company category. The Chamber has recognized the state’s most innovative, first-class employers for the last 14 years.

To top the list, employers participate in a two-part test that first evaluates companies for their workplace policies, demographics and company philosophy. The second part of the nomination process distributes surveys to employees to measure the overall employee experience. These two combined scores determine which businesses rank as top places to work.
