Skyrocket Launches SnapStyle Masks, the First Ever Customizable and Home-printable Face Masks, at US Retailers Nationwide

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Skyrocket, a leading US toy, technology, entertainment and consumer products company, launched the first ever customizable and printable face masks, called SnapStyle Printable Masks, at US retailers including Walmart and Amazon.

According to The NPD Group’s 2020 Holiday Retail Outlook report, 31% of holiday shoppers will plan to give masks as gifts/stocking stuffers this season. The SnapStyle Printable Mask makes the perfect gift because it allows users to personalize their disposable face mask at the touch of a button. The entire process takes 5 minutes and the possibilities in design are endless. Watch SnapStyle Masks in action here.

Using game-changing fabric-printing technology, users can replicate almost any picture, pattern, or other artwork directly onto a 100% cotton protective mask using their mobile device. Simply snap, or pull from a camera roll any picture, pattern, or design and use the Mask Creator app to adjust and preview the mask. The Mask Creator app also includes the patented ‘Face Wrap’ software which replicates the user’s face in correct proportions. The app also features Augmented Reality to preview what the mask will look like from any angle on the face before printing.

Users then print the mask to an inkjet printer, cut out, fold and attach ear loops and comfort nose band using the heat-activated adhesive. No sewing required! The masks can be sized to fit children and adults. The masks have been rigorously designed and tested to meet World Health Organization guidelines for barrier masks and AFNOR guidance on filtration and breathability.

“We’re thrilled to launch this revolutionary line of customizable and printable face masks in the US, which is unlike anything we’ve seen on the market,” said Nelo Lucich, Co-Founder and CEO, Skyrocket. “We’re at the height of the coronavirus pandemic here in the US and masks are a daily necessity. SnapStyle Printable Masks will allow people of all ages who have had their identity and individuality taken away by the necessity of wearing masks because of Covid-19 to express themselves in positive, creative, and unique ways. People will love to design and show off masks that replicate their face, coordinate with their outfit or express their individual style. By making masks more personal and natural, the Printable Masks will hopefully lead to more people wearing face coverings and help reduce the transmission of Covid-19.”

The SnapStyle Printable Mask is available in-stores at Walmart, on Amazon and other major retailers. SnapStyle Printable Masks are sold in a variety of price points including $9.99 for a 2-Pack, $17.99 for a 4-Pack, and $39.99 for a 10-pack. Visit SnapStyleMasks.com for more info.
