SHI International Sets New Q1 Revenue Record

SOMERSET, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SHI
International, one of North America’s top 10 largest IT solutions
providers, earned $2.3 billion in the first quarter of 2019, growing
7.5% year over year, and surpassing the Q1 revenue record it set in 2018.

SHI experienced significant growth both domestically and
internationally. SHI’s Public Sector revenue surged ahead by 25% over
last year, while Corporate and SMB gained 14%. Overseas, France led the
growth with a 36% jump, and the U.K. rose 19% year over year.

Partners again played an outsized role in SHI’s success. Seven of SHI’s
Top 10 Partners experienced growth of 15% or more, including Dell,
VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, HP Enterprise, Apple, and Red Hat. Other standout
partners from the top 25 include F5 Networks, which leapt 62%, and
Amazon, which climbed 25%.

“Last year SHI experienced one of our best first quarters ever. But
despite that quick start and a marketplace change that will be reflected
in SHI’s reporting throughout 2019, we again set a new first quarter

strong growth among our top partners and business units, and remain on
schedule with the construction of two new facilities that will increase

SHI’s second Integration Center, a 400,000-square-foot facility in
Piscataway, New Jersey, will focus on delivering advanced data center
hardware and configuration solutions, and should be complete in
September. Garza Ranch, SHI Austin’s future home, is anticipated to open
in February 2020.
