De Analogix VirtualLink RD brengt VR-steun aan gaming laptops die met
één enkele kabel verbinding zullen maken met toekomstige VR HMDs

Semiconductor, Inc. kondigt vandaag de beschikbaarheid aan van zijn
VirtualLink™ Reference Design dat VirtualLink rechtstreeks op het
moederbord van high-performance gaming notebooks mogelijk maakt, zodat
ze virtual reality (VR) via de USB-C™-aansluiting ondersteunen. Externe
accessoires kunnen ook gebruik maken van het referentie-ontwerp om
bestaande grafische verwerkingseenheden (GPU’s) te koppelen aan
toekomstige VirtualLink-enabled VR-head-mounted displays.
Deze bekendmaking is officieel geldend in de originele brontaal.
