Rigor Equity Announces 163-Unit Ground-Up Multifamily Development in High-Growth Madison Market

CHICAGO, IL / ACCESS Newswire / April 1, 2026 / Rigor Equity is leading the capitalization of a ground-up multifamily development in Madison, Wisconsin.

The development will deliver approximately 163 Class A multifamily units in a high-growth Madison submarket Sun Prairie characterized by strong employment drivers, population growth, and continued demand for quality rental housing. The project is designed to meet increasing renter demand for professionally managed, well-located housing products in supply-constrained areas.

The total project cost is approximately $41 million, with approximately $8 million of LP equity remaining to be raised, alongside a ~$4 million co-investment from the sponsor and general contractor, providing meaningful alignment across the capital stack.

Rigor Equity is leading the structuring of the capital stack and coordinating the equity raise in partnership with the local sponsor. The firm is actively engaging with family offices, high-net-worth investors, and institutional capital partners to complete the remaining LP allocation.
