Ridgemont Equity Partners Announces the Hiring of Jane Caldwell as Chief Administrative Officer

Newly-created role further bolsters leadership team

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ridgemont Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, today announced the hiring of Jane Caldwell as Chief Administrative Officer.

Jane has a diverse background in finance and operations with over 20 years of experience, including her most recent experience as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at BlackArch, a boutique investment bank. Jane is a CPA with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she was the recipient of the BDO Seidman MAC Fellowship Award.
