McGuireWoods LLP provided legal counsel to Rhythm on the transaction, which extends Rhythm’s reach beyond Texas into major deregulated markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, advancing the company’s mission to make clean energy the household standard nationwide.
