Revel’s Concierge Services can fill that gap, allowing for customers to implement new technology into their operations in a timely and effective fashion.   • Starter Service Bundle: provides customised optimization and maintenance of the POS configuration across all locations and is aligned to the client’s unique business goals.
  • Business Service Bundle: includes all the features within the starter service bundle, along with an enhanced service package to include outsourced POS administration to Revel’s team and a white glove service.

Certification Services: enables clients to achieve Install Certification under the training of Revel experts, qualifying them to complete their own Revel POS installation. Furthermore, Tier 1 Support Certification equips clients to provide first-level support for all of their locations.

Training: remote training allows clients access to custom, in-depth coaching from Revel experts built specifically for business needs.

Revel Concierge Services ensures clients are leveraging all the right features and functionality within their chosen Revel POS platform to provide rich business insights and operational improvements.
