Promise will produce films, series, and explore new formats in collaboration with leading Gen AI artists and storytellers using a reimagined production process enabled by proprietary software. Founded by Fullscreen CEO George Strompolos, former YouTube content executive Jamie Byrne, and acclaimed Gen AI innovator Dave Clark, the studio is dedicated to fostering a creative environment focused on original stories for global audiences.

Chernin previously invested with Strompolos in success at Fullscreen, and today’s deal represents the two parties reconnecting again at a time of industry transformation.
