South Florida Business Events Market Leader Joins PRA in Its Next
Chapter of Growth

has acquired Koncept Events, a sector leader in South Florida, Mexico
and the Caribbean. This strategic move significantly expands PRA’s reach
into this important marketplace.

Koncept Events leadership, Hillary Smith, CMP, CSEP and Angie
Nelson, will continue in leadership roles within the PRA system.
Smith will serve in the newly created role of Executive Creative
Director for the PRA system. Nelson will serve as General Manager of PRA
South Florida.

Founded in 2007, the award-winning Koncept Events team, which will now
operate as PRA South Florida, will continue to specialize in event
design, transportation solutions, entertainment, and a wide variety of
interactive activities and experiences unique to the South Florida,
Caribbean and other adjacent markets. The Koncept Events team has

venues, and hundreds of business partners throughout the region in
