PMC Monitors Help Musiluz Improve Its Audio Mixing And Mastering Classes

Musiluz Audio Master Academy in Spain has upgraded its mixing and mastering teaching facilities by installing PMC result6 compact nearfield reference monitors in all its classrooms.

Based in Malaga, the Academy specialises in providing pro audio and music courses for aspiring producers, sound engineers, mastering engineers and DJs. Alongside music production and DJ classrooms, Musiluz also has a recording studio equipped with the latest pro audio technology.

The new result6 monitors were supplied by PMC’s Spanish distributor AT Consumer Value Retail, which advised the Academy on the best monitoring solution for their rooms.

“We can’t think any other studio monitors in this price range that can deliver such an amazing sound,” says Musiluz director Rubén Albendin, who first heard PMC’s result6 monitors at the NAMM show in the USA. “The frequencies response is very flat and the overall sound is very precis across the entire dynamic range, creating a really good 3D stereo image.”

Launched in 2017 to huge critical acclaim, PMC’s elegant and affordable result6 two-way active loudspeakers deliver on every level as they combine all the attributes for which the company’s pro reference monitors are internationally renowned. These include high resolution and detail, accurate and extended bass, consistent tonal balance on all levels and wide dispersion and sweet spot. Since their launch, result6 monitors have garnered some impressive reviews and sales, with new users including Afrojack, Basement Jaxx, Chris Tabron and the Confetti Institute of Creative Technology in the UK.

Rubén Albendin adds that he is so impressed with the sound result6 are delivering at the Academy that he is now recommending them to other professional and project studio owners who need high quality monitoring.
