Pinger Earns 2021 Great Place to Work Certification

Leading communications app company recognized by employees for its culture, traditions, and collaborative work environment

100% of Pinger Employees Surveyed Said it’s a Great Place to Work

SAN JOSE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pinger, the company behind the popular TextFree, Sideline and Sideline Pro communications apps, has been awarded a Great Place to Work 2021 Certification. This year, 100 percent of Pinger employees who answered the survey rated the company a “great place to work.” This is 41 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company.

The Great Place to Work Certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike. It is the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding employee experience.

“Since day one, we recognized that employee culture is at the heart of our business,” said Greg Woock, CEO of Pinger. “We continue to put rigor and discipline into ensuring employees are happy and that we are living our core values every single day while delivering for our customers.”

Pinger’s culture of respect extends to its compensation and benefits. In addition to competitive salaries, Pinger provides benefits like unlimited time off, work from home flexibility, 100 percent coverage of health insurance premiums, and pet insurance to name a few.

Employee participation in the Great Place to Work survey was voluntary, and responses were confidential. Pinger earned an average rating of 97 percent across all survey questions. Those questions included: Management is approachable, easy to talk with; People here are given a lot of responsibility; I am given the resources and equipment to do my job; People here are treated fairly, regardless of their race, their sex and their sexual orientation.

“Great Place to Work Certification isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Pinger is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
