MILK Books Announces New Print on Demand Project Extension for Apple Photos App

Service Begins November 15th Through the Mac App Store

MILK expands consumer outreach with project extension for Apple Photos

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–New Zealand-based MILK Books has announced a revolutionary new project extension for Apple Photos on macOS. As of November 15th, 2019, Mac users will now be able to download the MILK Books project extension for Photos through the Mac App Store and will be able to create handcrafted MILK photo books and albums right from within the Photos app on their Mac. MILK is set to launch their platform for consumers this fall by offering traditional, high quality book-making techniques for print on demand customers worldwide.

The MILK Books Photo App extension is available through the App Store so that anyone with a Mac will be able to make a handcrafted MILK photo book (with archival paper pages) or photo album (with thicker, rigid board pages) directly from Photos on macOS. Using the finest materials, MILK offers a range of exquisite presentation boxes to encase hand-bound books in a choice of fabrics and leathers, with textured Italian papers to create a beautiful home for users’ most trusted memories.

Users will need to visit the Mac App Store, download the MILK Books project extension, then open Photos, import their photos and start designing. The simple design process and thousands of professionally designed templates make it easy for anyone to produce a beautiful book or album from their own laptop, with prices starting at US $31. Holiday shipping deadlines for print on demand gifts have been set for December 6-12th, 2019.

MILK Books also recently worked with the Boston Red Sox after their 2018 World Championship series to commemorate their incredible win and thank the team, supporters and VIP stakeholders.

MILK Books was born out of PQ Blackwell, a prestigious book publisher working with personalities such as Princess Diana and Nelson Mandela, and eventually brought the best-selling namesake MILK (Moments of Inspiration, Love and Kinship) to over 60 countries around the world. In 2012, MILK Books was launched to become a global supplier of premium print on demand photo-books and albums. MILK Books is a trusted partner of Moleskine® with hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers worldwide.
