Storage Affiliates Trust. The report follows KBRA’s April 17 assignment
of a BBB issuer rating with Stable Outlook to NSA OP, LP, the operating
partnership subsidiary of National Storage Affiliates Trust (“NSA”), and
of a BBB- rating to NSA’s outstanding perpetual preferred shares.
