The Company will now release financial results for its fiscal first quarter 2024 at approximately 7 a.m. EDT on Thursday, April 25^th, 2024.

At 8:30 a.m. EDT (5:30 a.m. PDT) on April 25^th, Intevac management will host a teleconference to discuss the Company’s financial results.
