Herbers & Company Academy Appoints Heath Jackson to Role of Senior Consultant

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#AngieHerbers—Herbers & Company, an independent, full-service business management consultancy serving independent financial advisory firms, has hired a new Senior Consultant at Herbers & Company with 20 years of financial services experience — Heath Jackson, CFP®, AEP.

Mr. Jackson has spent his career advising clients, leading teams, working on development and training, analyzing data, and managing operations. His wide range of experience from boutique financial planning firms serving high net worth families, large investment firms serving the mass markets, and banking operations with a full range of financial products is an asset to the elite team of business and entrepreneurial growth consultants at Herbers & Company.

In his previous role as Director of Operations at USAA Federal Savings Bank, Mr. Jackson led teams in fulfillment, compliance, and risk management. In addition, he helped create the bank’s first Project Management Office in support of enhancing management of regulatory and compliance plans. He also served as Director of Financial Planning Services at USAA Wealth Management Services.

Early in Mr. Jackson’s career, he advised clients in registered investment advisor (RIA) models. Mr. Jackson is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), and Certified Project Manager (CPM). He has held various leadership roles in Financial Planning Association chapters and was president of the San Antonio group in 2009.

Mr. Jackson has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance from Lubbock Christian University and received his master’s degree in personal financial planning from Texas Tech University.
