Head Into the Grammys This Weekend With a Celebration of the Music and Artists Featured in Baz Luhrmann’s Oscar- and Grammy-Nominated Film “ELVIS!”

BURBANK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Just in time for the 65th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 5th, music (and movie) fans can enjoy the musically layered, innovative score from Warner Bros. Pictures’ acclaimed “ELVIS” from wherever they are. Dive into the story and soul of the film—and of Presley himself—via the film’s songs and score by streaming this in-depth, all-new conversation between ELVIS Director/Producer/Writer Baz Luhrmann and his longtime collaborator, Composer/Executive Music Producer Elliott Wheeler.

Luhrmann stated, “Continuing a style Elliott Wheeler and I developed on “The Get Down,” we took many of the tunes and themes that Elvis Presley sang and translated them into an emotional storytelling score, using layering and weaving of rhythms, choral vocals and instrumentation, all realized through Elliot Wheeler’s complex orchestrations. When you tune in you’ll hear the music and learn how we went about making it.”

“ELVIS” has been nominated for two Grammy Awards: Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media and Best Rap Performance for the song “Vegas” by Doja Cat.
