Electrosonic launches first RIBA-approved Continuous Professional Development Programme
Electrosonic, is pleased to announce it has qualified as an RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) continuous professional development (CPD) provider. Their first RIBA-approved CPD course, “Audiovisual Design: Effective Use of Media Display Technology,” provides RIBA Chartered Architects with double CPD points in the Design, Construction and Technology category of RIBA’s core curriculum.
Electrosonic’s “Audiovisual Design: Effective Use of Media Display Technology” training will showcase best practices for how architects and designers can incorporate media display technology into their project designs to create inspirational spaces. The training has been designed to give architects, designers, and building and construction professionals the knowledge and confidence to ensure the best display technology is deployed in any given environment, while keeping in mind universal design, sustainability, CDM (construction design and management) and health and safety regulations.
“Achieving the RIBA CPD provider status is very important to Electrosonic. It shows our commitment to working with architects and designers from a project’s outset helping our partner network deliver extraordinary environments that inspire people where they live, work and play,” said Donald Stuart, MD of Electrosonic Ltd.
“The training aims to help designers and architects understand the best technology to use in different environments. It discusses the technical design best practices and standards to ensure optimal viewing and user comfort,” added Alan Wilkinson, one of Electrosonic’s CPD trainers.
