The NelsonHall NEAT report, which assessed 14 vendors worldwide,
measures their ability to deliver immediate benefit and to meet client
future requirements in desktop and/or application virtualization,
Windows 10 migration, Office 365 migration, UCC/UCaaS, next-generation
service desk, mobility and identity access management, user security &
endpoint capabilities. The criteria for meeting client future
requirements include partnerships established with clients, mechanisms
in place to drive innovation, level of investment in the service, and
financial stability of the vendor.
