California Pizza Kitchen Brings Back Two Fan-Favorite Menu Items and Expands Thin Crust Options
Guests can now enjoy the Santa Fe Chicken Pizza, Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza and a new offer of Take & Bake Pizzas on the Brand’s Thin Crust
COSTA MESA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Back by popular demand, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has reintroduced its beloved Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza and Santa Fe Chicken pizza, available nationwide starting today. In addition, the creators of the California-Style pizza have expanded its Take & Bake crust options to include Thin Crust. The new menu innovation reflects CPK’s commitment to listening to its customers and fulfilling its promise to deliver unique flavors and move food and people forward.
Originally introduced in 1987, the Santa Fe Chicken Pizza is returning to the CPK menu for the first time in nearly 20 years after countless guests requested its return. The Santa Fe Chicken pizza was part of CPK’s original menu when the restaurant opened in 1985 and started a pizza revolution by creating and serving pizzas with high-quality and unique topping combinations that had never been seen before. Served on CPK’s hand-tossed dough, the pizza features chicken breast marinated in lime and herbs, red onions and Monterey Jack topped with fresh cilantro, sour cream, smashed avocado and homemade roasted tomato salsa.
The Jamaican Jerk Pizza is another explosion of flavor with its sweet but spicy Caribbean sauce, authentic Jamaican spices, Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon, red onions, bell peppers and scallions all served on CPK’s thin crust. It’s no surprise that its fresh ingredients and strong flavors made this pizza another fan favorite for guests.

After having just launched its Two Meal Deal, which allows guests to add a Take & Bake pizza for just $8 ($10 in Hawaii) with the purchase of any entrée, the casual dining restaurant is also expanding its Take & Bake crust options to include its popular Thin Crust option. Previously, guests were able to purchase four pizzas in Thin Crust, including Sicilian, Tostada, Spicy Milano and Margherita, but they can now order ANY of their favorite Take & Bake pizza flavors on thin crust*.
