Avaya Announces Participation in Upcoming Investor Conferences

SANTA CLARA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE:AVYA) today announced it will present at the
following upcoming investor conferences.

Jim Chirico, president and CEO, will present at the Morgan Stanley
Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on Tuesday Feb. 26, 2019 at 4 PM
PT, at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco. To join the live webcast of the

Pat O’Malley, senior vice president and CFO, will present at the J.P.
Morgan Global Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference on Wednesday Feb. 27,

one-on-ones at both the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet
