Analog Way’s Aquilon RS4 Drives Big Screens at BIG 2019 Innovation Conference in Paris

Leading French AV service provider Aquila chose Analog Way’s Aquilon RS4 4K/8K multi-screen presentation system and videowall processor for one of the biggest event to hit Paris recently.  The fifth annual BIG (BPI Inno Generation) conference, held October 10, drew 52,000 to the AccorHotels Arena for the Europe’s largest business gathering.

Sponsored by investment bank BPI France and exclusively dedicated to innovation, BIG assembled entrepreneurs, corporations, political institutions, investors and students to discuss the future of the economy and take advantage of networking opportunities.

Aquila selected Analog Way’s Aquilon RS4 to manage all of the video sources, including media servers and camera capture, for the sessions in the massive arena.

With 24 inputs and 16 outputs, Aquilon RS4 delivers uncompromising presentation experiences to high-end staging and premium system integration. Like all products in the LivePremier™ series, it combines industrial grade reliability, unrivaled ease-of-use, versatile 4K digital connectivity, unmatched real-time 10/12-bit 4:4:4 video processing power, best-in-class image quality and pure 4K60p on each input and output with ultra-low latency.

For BIG, Aquilon drove the arena’s main projection screen with 6570 x 1200 pixel resolution and four HD outputs; the LED videowalls around the stage with a total resolution of 1144 x 4992 pixels and two 4K@50 outputs; and the stage wall display featuring 1936 x 1056 pixels via a single HD output.  In addition, Aquilon drove several auxiliary HD outputs for downstage and backstage monitoring.

ENIBAS in Boulogne-Billancourt was the event producer for BIG.
